Quidax Sign Up Bonus Campaign Terms and Conditions

1. By participating in the Quidax Sign Up (QSU) Campaign, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions (the “Terms”). 
2. The QSU Campaign is being run by Quidax Technologies Limited (Quidax).
3. All terms, provisions, and conditions — including any modification, addition, removal, alteration, reconstruction — in the Terms and Conditions of Use available on Quidax’s website are hereby incorporated into these Terms with the same force and effect as though fully set forth herein.
4. The Terms and Conditions of Use and these Terms together shall be construed as one and the same. Where the Terms and Conditions of Use are inconsistent with these Terms, the provisions of the Terms and Conditions of Use shall prevail.

Eligibility to Enter

1. The QSU Campaign is open to individuals over 18 years of age, who are new users and have completed signup on the Quidax Platform (i.e. email verification) only. All users with existing accounts on the Quidax Platform are ineligible to participate in this campaign.
2. In entering the campaign, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
3. A maximum of one account per individual is permitted. You will not be eligible to enter the campaign with multiple accounts you maintain on Quidax.
4. Participating in the campaign is conditional on you carrying out trades on the Quidax platform.
5. The USDT/USD pair is not tradable/eligible for the bonus.
6. You agree that your participation in the QSU Campaign is at your sole option, discretion, and you understand the risk involved in cryptocurrency trading.
7. Quidax or its affiliates and staff members are not eligible to participate in the campaign.

How to Enter

1. All individual customers are required to have an account on Quidax and have completed their Know Your Customer (KYC) as required by Quidax.
2. To enter the campaign, you must trade at least $50 within 30 days of signup. 
3. Quidax will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate or the user fails to carry out trades, complete signup and verify the account. 

The Prize

1. Bonuses will be awarded based on trading tiers. A schedule of the bonuses to be won is below:

1. Based on the system above, rewards will be released incrementally based on milestones achieved. 
2. When a user moves from one trading tier to the next within 30 days of signup, only the difference between the trading tiers reward will be released to the user to bring the total reward sum to the current trading tier the user is on.
3. Quidax reserves the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
4. The decision of Quidax regarding any aspect of the QSU campaign is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into or entertained about it.

Data Protection and Publicity

1. By trading and transacting on Quidax during any QSU campaign, you consent to any personal information you provide as well as trading information being used by Quidax for the purposes of administering and marketing the QSU campaign, and for those purposes as defined within our Privacy Policy.
2. All entrants may apply for details of the winning participants by contacting us at [email protected].
3. Customers who win prizes during the QSU campaign agree to the use/release of their full name, Quidax username, picture and other information that may be requested by Quidax. 
4. All personal information shall be processed in accordance with Quidax Privacy Policy.

Winner Announcement

1. The winners will be notified that they have been rewarded via email, Quidax social media handles, or other notifications.
2. Asides the campaign bonuses outlined in The Prize section of this Terms, no other prize is applicable to this campaign.

Limitation of Liability

1. Quidax does not accept any liability for any damage, death, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in this campaign, save that Quidax does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence. 
2. Quidax does not provide any form of practical or IT support for the campaigns. Use of the Quidax website or mobile app during any QSU Campaign is governed additionally by its Terms and Conditions.
3. Quidax does not provide any form of financial support or advice for participants in this campaign. You are advised to do your own research before entering and/or while participating in this campaign.

General

1. Quidax reserves the right to cancel the QSU Campaign or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
2. The campaign and these terms and conditions will be governed by Nigerian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
