How to Enter

1. All individual customers are required to have an account on Quidax and complete a minimum of one trade or deposit at least $50 on Quidax and keep in their USDT wallets for at least one week to unlock a $5 bonus.
2. Eligible deposits also include deposits made in other cryptocurrencies or Nigerian Naira (NGN) and will be converted to USDT at the prevailing market rate at the time of deposit for the purpose of calculating eligibility.
3. The deposit must remain in the Participant’s USDT wallet for at least seven (7) consecutive calendar days and during the period, the Participant’s net balance must not fall below $50. Any withdrawal or transfers that reduce the balance below this threshold will result in disqualification.
4. Once the 7-day holding period is completed, the Participant will receive the $5 bonus and the bonus will be credited to the Participant’s account within forty-eight(48) hours after the 7- day period.

 Terms and Conditions 

1. By participating in the Quidax USDT Fest Campaign, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions (the “Terms”).
2. The Quidax USDT Fest Campaign is being run by Quidax Technologies Limited (“Quidax”).
3. All terms, provisions and conditions, including any modification, addition, removal, alteration, reconstruction, in the Terms and Conditions of Use available on Quidax’s website are hereby incorporated into these Terms with the same force and effect as though fully set forth herein.
4. The Terms and Conditions of Use and these Terms together shall be construed as one and the same. Where the Terms and Conditions of Use are inconsistent with these Terms, the provisions of the Terms and Conditions of Use shall prevail.

Eligibility to Participate 

1. The Quidax USDT Fest Campaign is open to individuals over 18 years of age and who have completed sign-up on the Quidax platform (i.e. email verification) and who have used or wish to use the Quidax platform to conduct/carry out fiat transactions and/or cryptocurrency trades at any point.
2. You agree that your participation in the Quidax USDT Fest Campaign is at your sole option, discretion and that you understand the risk involved in cryptocurrency trading.
3. The Quidax USDT Fest Campaign shall run from [insert date]. In entering the campaign, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
4. The Quidax USDT Fest is conditional on the Terms contained herein.
5. Quidax or its affiliates and staff members are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.
6. You are prohibited from creating multiple accounts or engaging in any fraudulent activity to gain an unfair advantage. Quidax reserves the right to disqualify you if you are suspected of such conduct, at its sole discretion. Also, any attempt at manipulating the Campaign (e.g., using multiple wallets) may result in disqualification.
7. Quidax will not accept responsibility if the contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate or the customer fails to complete signup and verify the account.
8. Quidax may request additional information or documentation from you to verify your identity or eligibility. We reserve the right to verify entries and take corrective action where abuse is suspected. Failure to provide such information within the specified time may result in disqualification.
9. The decision of Quidax regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into or entertained about it.

The Prize

1. Customers who meet the campaign criteria qualify to win a share of the prize pool.
2. The prize for participating in the Quidax USDT Fest Campaign is a total prize of $5.
3. Winners will receive $5 deposited into their wallet in USDT.
4. Quidax reserves the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.

Data Protection and Publicity

1. By trading on Quidax during any Quidax USDT Fest Campaign you consent to any personal information you provide as well as trading information being used by Quidax for the purposes of administering and marketing the Quidax USDT Fest Campaign, and for those purposes as defined within our Privacy Policy.

3. The winner(s) agrees to the use/release of their full name, Quidax username, picture and other information that may be requested by Quidax. 
4. All personal information shall be processed in accordance with Quidax Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

1. Quidax does not accept any liability for any damage, death, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any Participants as a result of either participating in this Campaign, save that Quidax does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence. 
2. Quidax does not provide any form of practical or IT support for the campaign. Use of the Quidax website or app during this Campaign is governed additionally by its Terms and Conditions.
3. Quidax does not provide any form of financial support or advice for participants in this Campaign unless otherwise stated in this Terms. You are advised to do your own research before entering and/or while participating in this Campaign.
4. Quidax does not guarantee the continued availability of the Campaign or its uninterrupted operation. Quidax is not responsible for any technical issues which may affect your ability to participate or receive rewards. 

General

1. Quidax reserves the right to cancel the Campaign or amend these Terms at any time, without prior notice. Continued participation in the Campaign following changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms
2. The Campaign and related materials do not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice. Consult your own advisors before making decisions involving digital assets.
3. The Campaign and these Terms will be governed by Nigerian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
4. You are responsible for complying with any applicable taxes on rewards you receive. Please seek legal advice on your tax obligations.

Prohibited Conduct and Termination

1. Participants are required to act with integrity and fairness when engaging in the Campaign 
2. Quidax may monitor trading behavior using its systems, and reserves the right to audit any trading activity and require additional information from participants at any time.
3. Quidax reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any Participant from the Campaign at any time at its sole discretion where it suspects that a Participant has breached any applicable laws, regulations or the Terms and Conditions of Use of Quidax.
4. Participants who have participated in other Quidax promotional or reward Campaigns may not be eligible for this Campaign and Quidax reserves the sole discretion to determine eligibility and may disqualify any Participants without prior notice.
