Quidax Crypto Rookie Rewards – Campaign Terms and Conditions

1. By participating in the Quidax Crypto Rookie Rewards Campaign, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions (the “Terms”).
2. The Quidax Crypto Rookie Rewards Campaign is being run by Quidax Technologies Limited (Quidax).
3. All terms, provisions, and conditions — including any modification, addition, removal, alteration, reconstruction — in the Terms and Conditions of Use available on Quidax’s website are hereby incorporated into these Terms with the same force and effect as though fully set forth herein.
4. The Terms and Conditions of Use and these Terms together shall be construed as one and the same. Where the Terms and Conditions of Use are inconsistent with these Terms, the provisions of the Terms and Conditions of Use shall prevail.

Eligibility to Enter

1. The Quidax Crypto Rookie Rewards Campaign is open to individuals over 18 years of age and who have completed sign up on the Quidax platform (i.e. email verification) and who have used or wish to use the Quidax platform to conduct/carry out fiat transactions and/or cryptocurrency trades at any point between March and April, 2025.
2. You agree that your participation in the The Quidax Crypto Rookie Rewards Campaign is at your sole option, discretion, and you understand the risk involved in cryptocurrency trading.
3. The Quidax Crypto Rookie Rewards Campaign shall run from Friday, 23rd May 2025 through Sunday, 1st June 2025. In entering the campaign, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
4. The Quidax Crypto Rookie Rewards Campaign is conditional on the Terms contained herein.
5. Merchant customers and other corporate customers of Quidax are not eligible to participate in the campaign.
6. Quidax or its affiliates and staff members are not eligible to participate in the campaign.

How to Enter

1. All individual customers are required to have an account on Quidax and make a cumulative trade volume of at least $20 using the Swap product or Order Book for the volume based track of the campaign and with a minimum of 5 Swaps using the Swap product for the consistency based track within the campaign duration. 
2. Only customers who registered on Quidax between March and April, 2025 are eligible to participate in the campaign
3. USD-USDT trades will not be counted.
4. During the campaign duration, top 5 customers with the highest trade volume across Instant Swap and Order Book during the campaign period share a ₦100,000 All-Star Rookie Bonus, and 20 lucky customers who complete at least 5 swaps will be randomly selected to share a ₦100,000 reward pool.
5. You are prohibited from creating multiple accounts or engaging in any fraudulent activity to gain an unfair advantage. Quidax reserves the right to disqualify you if you are suspected of such conduct, at its sole discretion. Also, any attempt at manipulating the Campaign (e.g., using multiple wallets) may result in disqualification.
6. Quidax will not accept responsibility if the contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate or the user fails to complete signup and verify the account.
7. Quidax may request additional information or documentation from you to verify your identity or eligibility. We reserve the right to verify entries and take corrective action where abuse is suspected. Failure to provide such information within the specified time may result in disqualification.

The Prize

1. During the Campaign duration, customers who meet the campaign criteria qualify for one or both of the following reward tracks: 

• Volume-Based Track – The top 5 customers with the highest cumulative trade volume across Instant Swap and Order Book will share a ₦100,000 All-Star Rookie Bonus. 
• Consistency Track – Customers who complete at least 5 swaps using Instant Swap or Order Book will be entered into a draw. 20 lucky customers will be randomly selected to share another ₦100,000 prize pool. More swaps equals more entries.

1. Winning customers will have their share of the prize pool deposited into their Quidax wallet in NGN.
2. No Guaranteed Return: Participation in the Campaign does not guarantee winnings. It is not an investment product, nor should it be used as a means of generating profit.
3. Quidax reserves the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.

5. The decision of Quidax regarding any aspect of the Campaign is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into or entertained about it.

Data Protection and Publicity

1. By trading on Quidax during any Quidax Crypto Rookie Rewards Campaign, you consent to any personal information you provide as well as trading information being used by Quidax for the purposes of administering and marketing the Quidax Swap Master campaign, and for those purposes as defined within our Privacy Policy.
2. All entrants may apply for details of the winning participants by contacting us at [email protected].
3. The winner(s) agrees to the use/release of their full name, Quidax username, picture and other information that may be requested by Quidax. 
4. All personal information shall be processed in accordance with Quidax Privacy Policy.

Winner Announcement

1. After the end of the campaign, customers who qualify for the reward will be notified via email and/or Push Notification about their share of the prize pool.
2. No other prize is applicable to this campaign.

Limitation of Liability

1. Quidax does not accept any liability for any damage, death, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in this campaign, save that Quidax does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence. 
2. Quidax does not provide any form of practical or IT support for the campaign. Use of the Quidax website or app during any Quidax Crypto Rookie Rewards Campaign is governed additionally by its Terms and Conditions.
3. Quidax does not provide any form of financial support or advice for participants in this campaign. You are advised to do your own research before entering and/or while participating in this campaign.
4. Quidax does not guarantee the continued availability of the Campaign or its uninterrupted operation. Quidax is not responsible for any technical issues which may affect your ability to participate or receive rewards.

General

1. Quidax reserves the right to cancel the Campaign or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. Continued participation in the Campaign following changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms
2. The Campaign and these terms and conditions will be governed by Nigerian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria. 
3. The Campaign and related materials do not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice. Consult your own advisors before making decisions involving digital assets.
4. You are responsible for complying with any applicable taxes on rewards you receive. Please see applicable legal advice on your tax obligations.
