Quidax Affiliate Community Trading Challenge – Campaign Terms and Conditions

By participating in the Quidax Affiliate Community Trading Challenge, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions (the “Terms”).
The Quidax Affiliate Community Trading Challenge is being run by Quidax Technologies Limited (Quidax).
All terms, provisions, and conditions — including any modification, addition, removal, alteration, reconstruction — in the Terms and Conditions of Use available on Quidax’s website are hereby incorporated into these Terms with the same force and effect as though fully set forth herein.
The Terms and Conditions of Use and these Terms together shall be construed as one and the same. Where the Terms and Conditions of Use are inconsistent with these Terms, the provisions of the Terms and Conditions of Use shall prevail.

Eligibility to Enter

The Quidax Affiliate Community Trading Challenge is open to individuals over 18 years of age and who have completed sign up on the Quidax platform (i.e. email verification) using affiliate links and who have used or wish to use the Quidax platform to conduct/carry out cryptocurrency trades at any point since inception.
You agree that your participation in the Quidax Affiliate Community Trading Challenge is at your sole option, discretion, and you understand the risk involved in cryptocurrency trading.
The Quidax Affiliate Community Trading Challenge shall run everyday from Tuesday, October 21 to Tuesday, November 4, 2025. In entering the challenge, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Quidax Affiliate Community Trading Challenge is conditional on the Terms contained herein.
Merchant customers and other corporate customers of Quidax are not eligible to participate in the campaign.
Quidax or its affiliates and staff members are not eligible to participate in the campaign.

All individual customers are required to have an account on Quidax and must have signed up using affiliate links and are members of an affiliate community
Only Order Book, P2P and Instant Swap trades made by the customers shall qualify for the challenge.
The customers must swap/trade at least $5,000+ in total volume and execute a total of 5+ trades during the campaign period for the main prizes
During the campaign duration, the customers who meet the campaign criteria qualify to be rewarded from a prize pool determined by Quidax.
Quidax will not accept responsibility if the contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate or the user fails to complete signup and verify the account.
Quidax may request additional information or documentation from you to verify your identity or eligibility. We reserve the right to verify entries and take corrective action where abuse is suspected. Failure to provide such information within the specified time may result in disqualification.
The decision of Quidax regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into or entertained about it.

Customers who meet the campaign criteria and rank in the top 3 will receive the rewards based on their rank as follows:

A raffle draw will be held for the qualifying customers who are not ranked in the Top 3 with a prize of $10 for 30 winners of the draw
Prizes will be delivered to winners via contact details available on their Quidax profile.
Quidax reserves the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.

By trading on Quidax during the Quidax Affiliate Community Trading Challenge, you consent to any personal information you provide as well as trading information being used by Quidax for the purposes of administering and marketing the Affiliate Community Trading Challenge, and for those purposes as defined within our Privacy Policy.

The winner(s) agrees to the use/release of their full name, Quidax username, picture and other information that may be requested by Quidax.
All personal information shall be processed in accordance with Quidax Privacy Policy.

After the end of the campaign, customers who qualify for the reward will be notified via email and/or Push Notification.
No other prize is applicable to this campaign.

Quidax does not accept any liability for any damage, death, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in this campaign, save that Quidax does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.
Quidax does not provide any form of practical or IT support for the all competitions. Use of the Quidax website or app during any Quidax Affiliate Community Trading Challenge is governed additionally by its Terms and Conditions.
Quidax does not provide any form of financial support or advice for participants in this campaign. You are advised to do your own research before entering and/or while participating in this campaign.
Quidax does not guarantee the continued availability of the Campaign or its uninterrupted operation. Quidax is not responsible for any technical issues which may affect your ability to participate or receive rewards.

Quidax reserves the right to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Nigerian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
The Campaign and related materials do not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice. Consult your own advisors before making decisions involving digital assets.
You are responsible for complying with any applicable taxes on rewards you receive. Please seek legal advice on your tax obligations.

Participants are required to act with integrity and fairness when engaging in the Campaign
Quidax may monitor trading behavior using its systems, and reserves the right to audit any trading activity and require additional information from participants at any time.
Quidax reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any Participant from the Campaign at any time at its sole discretion where it suspects that a Participant has breached any applicable laws, regulations or the Terms and Conditions of Use of Quidax.
Participants who have participated in other Quidax promotional or reward Campaigns may not be eligible for this Campaign and Quidax reserves the sole discretion to determine eligibility and may disqualify any Participants without prior notice.
