After months of anticipation, our decentralized application (dapp) QDX Raffle finally launched on the BNB Smart Chain (BSC) to a limited group of users.
The first Raffle cycle went live at 16:00 UTC on June 13 and closed after 24 hours on June 14. Here are the highlights of our first Raffle cycle.
Highlights from the Genesis Cycle of QDX Raffle
The genesis cycle was a blast! Wallets were connected, QDX tokens were locked, and the first set of Safari cards were minted. We also watched in suspense as the Binance Oracle Verifiable Random Function (VRF) selected winners.

The genesis Cycle proves what Quidax stands for and why we created QDX. It’s all about rewarding you. The raffle winners in the first cycle won 3.410 BNB, with the top player claiming up to 1.6 BNB. Also, 1.023 BNB was set aside for Premium Card Rewards, and 0.682 BNB was earned through invites. That’s a total of 5.115 BNB, and the rewards will get bigger after each draw!
More Scarcity for QDX 🔥
The QDX Raffle was carefully designed so that your in-game actions can impact the value of QDX.
- Token Lock 🔒
The required QDX lock-in during cycles helps reduce the circulating supply and increase scarcity. 27,711 QDX were locked during Cycle #1. As more players join, the impact of the token lock on the token economics will increase. Generally, increased demand and decreased supply could lead to a rise in token price.
- Buy-back & Burn 🔥
As part of QDX Raffle’s design, 20% of the total BNB made from each cycle will be used to buy back and burn QDX at the end of every month. 1.364 BNB has been set aside for burning QDX from the genesis cycle. The allocation from the other cycles in June will be added to this amount and used to burn QDX at the end of June.
