Quidax Zero Fees, New Vibes Campaign – Campaign Terms and Conditions

1. By participating in the Quidax Zero Fees, New Vibes Campaign, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions (the “Terms”).
2. The Quidax Zero Fees, New Vibes Campaign is being run by Quidax Technologies Limited (Quidax).
3. All terms, provisions, and conditions — including any modification, addition, removal, alteration, reconstruction — in the Terms and Conditions of Use available on Quidax’s website are hereby incorporated into these Terms with the same force and effect as though fully set forth herein.
4. The Terms and Conditions of Use and these Terms together shall be construed as one and the same. Where the Terms and Conditions of Use are inconsistent with these Terms, the provisions of the Terms and Conditions of Use shall prevail.

Eligibility to Enter

1. The Quidax Zero Fees, New Vibes Campaign is open to selected  individuals over 18 years of age and who have completed sign up on the new Quidax platform (i.e. email verification), or have been migrated to the new Quidax platform from the old Quidax platform, who have used the Quidax platform (new or old) to conduct/carry out fiat transactions and/or cryptocurrency trades at any point since inception.
2. The Quidax Zero Fees, New Vibes Campaign shall run every day from Monday, 7th July 2025 through Monday, 21st July 2025. In entering the campaign, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any benefit you may qualify for.
3. The Quidax Zero Fees, New Vibes Campaign is conditional on the Terms contained herein.
4. Merchant customers and other corporate customers of Quidax are not eligible to participate in the campaign.
5. Quidax or its affiliates and staff members are not eligible to participate in the campaign.

How to Enter

1. All individual customers are required to have an account on Quidax and must conduct at least one fiat deposit or withdrawal using the Quidax 3.0 app (Web or Mobile) during the campaign duration.
2. During the campaign duration, all fiat deposits and withdrawals made on the Quidax 3.0 app will automatically have their transaction fees waived.
3. Quidax will not accept responsibility if the contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate or the user fails to complete signup and verify the account.
4. You are prohibited from creating multiple accounts or engaging in any fraudulent activity to gain an unfair advantage. Quidax reserves the right to disqualify you if you are suspected of such conduct, at its sole discretion. Also, any attempt at manipulating the Campaign (e.g., using multiple wallets) may result in disqualification.
5. Quidax will not accept responsibility if the contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate or the user fails to complete signup and verify the account.
6. Quidax may request additional information or documentation from you to verify your identity or eligibility. We reserve the right to verify entries and take corrective action where abuse is suspected. Failure to provide such information within the specified time may result in disqualification.
7. The decision of Quidax regarding any aspect of the campaign is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into or entertained about it.

The Prize

1. Customers who meet the campaign criteria will enjoy zero fees on all fiat deposits and withdrawals performed via the Quidax 3.0 app during the campaign period.
2. The zero fees benefit applies only within the campaign window and only to transactions performed via the Quidax 3.0 app.
3. Quidax reserves the right to modify the benefits or suspend and/or terminate the campaign at its discretion if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
4. You are responsible for complying with any applicable tax obligations with respect to any prize you receive. Please seek applicable legal advice on your tax obligations.

Data Protection and Publicity

1. By trading on Quidax during any Quidax Zero Fees, New Vibes Campaign, you consent to any personal information you provide as well as trading information being used by Quidax for the purposes of administering and marketing the Quidax Zero Fees, New Vibes Campaign, and for those purposes as defined within our Privacy Policy.
2. All entrants may apply for details of the winning participants by contacting us at [email protected].
3. The winner(s) agrees to the use/release of their full name, Quidax username, picture and other information that may be requested by Quidax. 
4. All personal information shall be processed in accordance with Quidax Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

1. Quidax does not accept any liability for any damage, death, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in this campaign, save that Quidax does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence. 
2. Quidax does not provide any form of practical or IT support for the all campaigns. Use of the Quidax website or app during any Quidax Zero Fees, New Vibes Campaign is governed additionally by its Terms and Conditions.
3. Quidax does not provide any form of financial support or advice for participants in this campaign. You are advised to do your own research before entering and/or while participating in this campaign.

General

1. Quidax reserves the right to cancel the campaign or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
2. The campaign and these terms and conditions will be governed by Nigerian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
