What happens if the market fluctuates while my trade is being processed?
When we share a rate with a client, we would also share a validity time for that rate. Subsequently, once you agree to a quote, we lock in rates for about 10 minutes. If the market shifts significantly, before the trade is finalized, we will notify you immediately with an updated quote. You can then decide whether to proceed with the trade at the revised rate or wait for more favorable market conditions.
